Who we are

Nuweb Group builds white-label ticketing, payments, access control and operations infrastructure for the global events industry. We work as a partnership-led platform, absorbing technical complexity on behalf of the ticketing businesses and event organisers we serve. We are a remote-first company with a close, senior team.

The role

We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to take our product from a set of competing requests and priorities to well-planned, well-delivered work. You'll gather and prioritise requirements, shape the roadmap, align stakeholders on what's being built and when, and own delivery through to shipped — while helping our teams and partners get the most out of the product we already have.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused product role at the centre of how we turn ideas into product. You'll work between our commercial and partner-facing teams, who bring the demand, and our engineering team, who build — making sure the right things are defined clearly, sequenced sensibly, and delivered reliably. You'll work within a collaborative prioritisation structure rather than setting direction alone: you'll analyse, recommend and prepare priorities, and a steering group makes the final call. The strength of the role is in how well you plan, align and deliver against those agreed priorities.

We care more about the capabilities you bring than the exact process you've used. We have our own ways of working, and we'll shape the detail of how you operate together once you're here — what matters is that you've done this well elsewhere.

What you'll do

Requirements — gather, solution and recommend priority

•     Gather requirements from across the business and from customers — turning a stream of requests, feedback and ideas into a clear, well-understood set of candidate work.

•     Solution within existing capability first — before a request becomes a development ask, identify where our current software already meets the need, working with Partner Success to get the most out of what we've built and reduce unnecessary development.

•     Turn rough or ambiguous needs into clear, well-formed requirements that engineering can act on.

•     Assess and recommend a priority for each item — weighing value, effort and urgency — and bring that recommendation to the steering group, which makes the final prioritisation decision.

Product gaps — identify and rank

•     Identify genuine product gaps — where a real, recurring need cannot be met by existing capability — and evidence them clearly.

•     Assess and rank those gaps by impact, and put forward a recommended priority for the steering group to assess.

•     Turn scattered feedback and support themes into well-defined, evidenced candidates for the roadmap.

Roadmap — shape and maintain

•     Shape and maintain a product roadmap that balances customer needs, commercial value and delivery capacity.

•     Spot patterns across requests — the items that individually seem small but together point to something worth building.

•     Keep the roadmap current, communicated, and understood across the business.

Stakeholders — align on scope and timelines

•     Agree scope, timelines and implementation approach with stakeholders across the business and, where relevant, with partners.

•     Manage expectations honestly — what's realistic, by when, and what the trade-offs are.

•     Keep everyone aligned on what's being built, why, and when, without becoming a bottleneck.

Project management and delivery

•     Own delivery of agreed work from definition through to shipped — you are accountable that what's agreed actually gets built, on track.

•     Run the delivery: plan, milestones, dependencies, risks; work closely with engineering to keep things moving and unblock what's stuck.

•     Confirm delivery — that what shipped matches what was agreed and works for those who need it.

•     Maintain clear product documentation, so what the software does — and why — is captured and shared, not held in one head. This is also what makes solutioning within existing capability possible and repeatable.

What we're looking for

Essential — the experience matters more than any particular process or tool.

•     Proven experience as a Techical Product Manager or similar, owning a product from requirements through to delivery.

•     Strong requirements and prioritisation skills — turning competing demands into a clear, sensible recommended plan of what to build and when.

•     A track record of getting the most from existing product capability — solving customer needs with what's already built, not only by requesting new development.

•     Experience identifying and evidencing product gaps, and shaping and maintaining a roadmap.

•     Strong stakeholder management — aligning technical and non-technical people on scope, timelines and trade-offs.

•     Solid project management and delivery track record — getting agreed work shipped, on track, working closely with engineering.

•     A good working understanding of how software is built — APIs, integrations, data, and how web applications fit together — enough to work credibly with engineers, shape realistic requirements, and understand the product deeply. You won't write the code, but you understand it.

•     Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences; self-motivated and effective working remotely.

Desirable

•     Experience in ticketing, payments, events technology, or other platform / integration-heavy businesses.

•     Familiarity with a range of delivery approaches — you can adapt to how we work rather than needing one specific methodology.

•     Proficiency with product and project tracking tools (Linear, Jira or equivalent).

•     Development experience / exposure with PHP Laravel & Vue.js
