What you’ll bring to the table: 

• Lead the technical element of a way of working and process audit across technology teams
• Work closely with product squads, including Mobile, Loyalty and AI, to understand how work flows across teams
• Map existing processes, identifying handover points, dependencies and integration bottlenecks
• Assess how modern front-end products interact with legacy backend systems and middle-layer APIs
• Conduct interviews and team-shadowing sessions with technical teams to understand current ways of working
• Build strong relationships with developers, engineers and technical stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities for improvement
• Provide technical insight and recommendations to support the wider audit and transformation strategy.
• Coach and support developers where appropriate, helping teams identify improvements to their ways of working
• Work collaboratively with Product and Delivery Leads, providing the technical perspective while they manage the broader strategy and client relationships
