Sourcing / recruiter pitch
· HSBC is rebuilding its post-trade technology estate for Markets — replacing legacy systems and creating a modern middleware platform that supports Fixed Income and Equities at global scale.
· We’re hiring a strong Business Analyst in Sheffield to shape the functional vision, partner closely with the business and technology teams, and help deliver a transformation programme that’s genuinely strategic and long-term.
· You’ll sit at the centre of delivery: defining requirements and functional specs, guiding UAT and defect remediation, and working across HSBC teams and vendors to land change safely.
· It’s a great fit if you’ve delivered post-trade change in investment banking, know Fixed Income products and workflows, and enjoy bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programmes. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead and coach other BAs, helping set the standard for how analysis is done across the programme.
