Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys working with cutting-edge technology, solving problems, and bringing new products to life? Emerson is looking for a Prototype Technician to join our team in Shakopee, MN. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting new product development by programming, operating, and maintaining advanced circuit board manufacturing equipment.
Working within our Electrical Supply Chain team, you'll collaborate with engineering and design teams to build prototype circuit boards, improve processes, champion safety initiatives, and help drive innovation from concept to reality. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technical environment and is eager to expand their skills while making a meaningful impact on the development of new technologies!

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $50,000-64,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
